Common Issues
The game isn't loading
Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. The game requires an up-to-date browser — try refreshing the page, or use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. If the issue persists, clearing your browser cache often resolves loading problems.
The game runs slowly on my device
The game uses canvas rendering and runs best on desktop browsers. On mobile, close other apps and tabs to free up memory. Landscape orientation typically gives better performance.
I accidentally refreshed and lost my balance
Your virtual coin balance resets to 100,000 coins each time the game page loads. This is intentional — it is a free game with no persistent balance. There is no way to preserve or accumulate a balance across sessions.
There is no sound
Many browsers block audio until after a user interaction. Press the Spin button once and sound should activate. You can also check the in-game Settings button for audio controls.
I was asked to confirm my age again
This happens if you cleared your browser's local storage or site data, or if you are using a private/incognito window. Confirming your age again takes only a moment.
